Vehicle suppose to be delivered to me same day Friday 3-20-26 i call 3 times service department before they close never answer my calls. And i was without a vehicle for almost 4 days it’s unprofessional not to call and give an update on the vehicle totally unacceptable

Sold a lot of things that arnt completely necessary for a brand new car with 20k miles. The only thing that is called for in the manual are tire rotations a multi point check and oil change.

Incompetency when completing work. Mike did not communicate nor document oil change comp. Upon picking up the vehicle had an engine light displayed. When the technicians (2 males) inspected it they asked if”there’s a specific manner of turning the vehicle on”. I was taken aback and confused because they are supposed to subject matter experts. Had to return vehicle the day after due to unexpected noise concern resulting from parts not fastened correctly. In all the years of taking this vehicle in for service I have never been offered a AAA discount. Extremely disappointed with the level of or lack of assistance as a loyal customer.
