Javier was very attentive and took great care to answer the questions I had regarding the maintenance my vehicle required. He was very respectful and courteous. Additionally, he was diligent and communicated timelines so that I could plan accordingly. Thank you, Javier.

Dawson was great and responsive setting up the appointment. However, I want to share a few things that could be improved from my personal opinion. 1. There was some miscommunication on a complimentary car wash. I was told the car would come back washed but it was missed. 2nd. Returning the car close to how it was received. People are picky about there cars settings. My car was delivered back with max air condition and radio at full blast. Seat leaned way back. Mirrors adjusted and lane monitoring turned off. I get that it’s hot, but why not just turn it down or off when you are done. Not sure why they need to turn off lane monitoring but it’s a little concerning on what else I will find changed.

Communication and estimates on service abilities should be more accurate and the lack of a rental should have been provided especially with a weeks notice of the drop off date. Unsatisfied and disappointed in the level or service and communication with recent visit.

I always get top-notch service every time I come too quickly they have the kindest and sweetest personalities there. The manager always make sure you’re satisfied before you leave and they couldn’t hire a better person than Thomas. I will always bring my car there.

This my second time I had my car service here. The customer service was on point. After the car was serviced it was explained to me exactly what was done and what will be needed on the next service. I was told it will take about 2 hours and it was. I will be seeing raceway ford on my next service. They deserve a 5 star rating!
