My experience was above and beyond excellent with Mr. McFarland he was 100% professional honest and sincere he completely took awesome Care of my vehicle and I’m very very grateful to have had the privilege To have him cross my path he is the definition of how true honest customer service should be I will always return to his location. I want to speak to a manager. I am extremely disappointed in the service that was done on my SUV for routine 75k mile service. Debris was left in my AC system and I just found my coolant levels were far below the minimum level

Thomas is always very polite and takes the time to explain things to me. He always gives me recommendations for repairs I need now and repairs in the future. It’s so nice to know he is always there when I call for help!!

Full explanation of diagnostics was not fully discussed. Only about recommendations my car needed but was not explain what was not done for today service. I was not explained that my tires were not rotated due to lug nuts warped, when last service was done here, which means my lug nuts were stripped here at Ford quick lanes. Not very happy unfortunately.

Stewart was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. He answered and explained all my questions and som that I was unaware of. He even called me to bring my car back because the alarm system had never been installed. I was unaware of this but he got it corrected. I would rate Stewart service as a 10.
