My service writer, Alan, was very helpful. The only complaint I have is that there were used gloves and plastic wrap left inside my car. They also didn’t return the rear seats to their upright positions.

Edwin did not meet my expectation for a timely repair of a relatively simple repair. When I picked up my Flex ( not repaired), Edwin decided to follow me out the door to “badger” me as what to do with the part that was not installed. Edwin has no business dealing with the public and Raceway has lost a customer for life.

He was very professional and not only I had videos of the issue of my car he asked me to email it to him and he can give it to his mechanics to look out of the sound I was hearing.
