I had a 8am appointment for an oil change and left the “quick” lane service center close to 11:30. Aside from taking over 3 hours to do an oil change, air filter and wipers my truck had a ton of grease smudges on the hood and fenders.

Thomas is an amazing associate. He did in 5 minutes what 3 different mechanics and 5 thousand dollars did to help me to fix my engine. Thomas’ ford engine expertise is absolutely exceptional. He is a true Ford man! He is for the people. His customer service and next level knowledge guided me to doing a full on engine replacement. Instead of continuing my path of spending thousands on costly band-aide repairs that the 3 previous mechanics had me doing. Thomas is absolutely about the customer! Honestly if he was running for president he would have my vote. He needs a promotion and a huge raise. If the GM or his direct supervisor would like me to contact me. Please do, i have nothing but high high praises for Mr. Thomas. Thank you thomas! You made this a great experience! All my maintenance and repairs will only go through you!
