One thing I will say about Thomas is he truly cares. Not only does he remember faces and names. He also does research to find ways to save money and look into insurances we paid for that coverany things for our vehicles. Thank u so much Thomas for being a true person with great customer service. Our family truly appreciates u. Give this man a raise!

I was told that I needed to replace my coax cable for the camera as it was causing issues not being able to use adaptive cruise control and other features apparently I am out of warranty since I have 43k miles on my vehicle. I find it quite ludicrous that the repair would be around $2900 especially since I turned around and found the replacement part with a quick internet search for $61 online. I understand you are a business and need to make money and I also understand the need to calibrate the Cabrera after the coax cable is replaced but $2800 and change for that seems a little abusive from my perspective. I will never buy another for as long as I live due to the warranty. I had my motors fan go out in my BMW and was a few months out of warranty a few years ago and BMW stepped up and honored the warranty and replaced the fan I would expect similar treatment from Ford but I guess not. I will contact corporate on this to express my displeasure and I will never buy another Ford again or suggest it to friends or family. Shoukd you want to contact me my number is in the files. Craig did an awesome directing his team to solving the check engine light and negotiating with the warranty people! The car is driving in tip top condition. Craig and his team are a 10! Would recommmend Raceway Ford in Riverside!

I was never called to let me know my truck was ready. I had to rush to pick it up after work, but by the time I arrived, the service department was closed.
