Brett did a good job explaining everything and updating me as more work needed done. I appreciated he let me decide whether to have the additional work done while I was there or I could have made another appointment. I was also surprised it was done faster than he told me.

Kily was with me from start to finish. I emailed him that I was due for the 105,000 mile service. He told me right up front what was involved, what it would cost, what I should have done, and arranged for a rental car so I could drop the car off the night before. During the service it was discovered that my rear brakes were worn that I should have it done and what it would cost extra. The car was done when he said it would be. Kily checked my rewards account and found I had $150 I could apply to my balance. A job well done.
