David did a great job in every way, from customer service to informing me about details I didn’t understand. Ronald also did a phenomenal job showing me everything about the car inside and out. 10/10 fantastic.
I brought my Honda in to be assessed due to a noise under the front bumper when driving on the freeway, usually over 60 mph. I talked with the man with the clipboard and then gennifer , never talking with the person actually doing the work. This was 130.00$ To assess problem. They said it needed new bearings, front alignment. I decided to do this as I couldn’t drive anywhere not knowing if something was going to fall off. I had had put new lights on my car before all this and told them the bumper had been removed. The. Lise continued, knowing I wasn’t being listened to and would not be able to talk to mechanic took it to a local repair shop who diagnosed the noise and repaired in 30 min. Charged me 70.00, after paying over 1000.00 to Honda dealership probably not needing bearings at all. Diagnosis was a core support cover installed incorrectly. Not a good way to do business, will not return.
Kily was friendly, helpful and kept me informed at every juncture.
Everything was done just fine. There was a part that needed to be ordered and we returned the next day for it to be installed.
Did as we asked and explained what we needed!
Gennifer is a great customer representative, she was very informative and updated throughout my repair.
I co-signed loan. If Jeremy Simodi is late with a payment, please notify me.
Service Dept should notify Jeremy.

I felt that $3,000+ to replace two cooling fans and an A/C compressor on my Element was a bit excessive. I wish using factory parts and labor could be a bit more competitive with other local repair companies such as Midas, Bucky's, etc. My estimate from those local repair shops doing the same repairs was around half the cost even though they would use more affordable aftermarket parts. Staying loyal to keeping my Honda Element all Honda should be more competitive. My biggest pet peeve is getting my vehicle back with the same grime and bird poop it had on it when I dropped it off for service. After dropping $3K on it at the service department, I would think the company could at least give my vehicle a courtesy car wash. I know your company used to have an agreement with a local carwash and give a wash coupon to loyal service customers. For some reason that agreement was terminated. Couldn't you have a couple of employees wash customer's cars the old fashioned way with a bucket of sudsy water, washrags, and a hose until you get another carwash contract secured? Even Bruce Titus Ford here in Port Orchard had a couple of guys washing cars bucket & hose style before they got their own car wash built.
Brett Maddux did a fine job handling our 2013 Honda Fit repair scheduling and finalizing the paperwork. The problem was with the cost of the parts were way over charged for the expansion valve of 236.43, that should not be more than $18.00. Furthermore the evaporator should not cost more than $325.00, you people charged $617.94. That was way too much I am not happy about being price gouged especially when we are retired living on a fixed income. We are going to find a more competitive repair shop because Honda is charging too much for their parts.
Transmission warning light with a blinking D came on. My Pilot will need to be towed back to West Hills Honda.
