It took about ten minutes for someone to receive/acknowledge I had pulled up to the service bay. Max was clearly busy but helped me out once he had seen to his last customer. However the time estimate of about an hour and half for completion, took more like two.. but again Max did his best to smooth that over. Kudos to Max for doing the best in a busy situation.

James made sure that the car problems I told him about were checked out and fixed. During the inspection there were a couple other items that need to be done in the future. I had the air conditioning done at my 105,000 service. It was not working correctly so he made sure that it was redone with no charge. It now works perfectly. I purchased my car from West Hills Honda in 2007. I have trusted West Hikls Honda with all the car services since then. If something is not right, they make it right.

James has been so patient and helpful with me when I had to get my air conditioner fixed. Even took the time to check if it was under my warranty which helped me save. He always kept in touch with me to give me updates while my car was being serviced.

My vehicle was not fixed. We were repeatedly given false information. There are only 3 possible scenarios that I can see. 1 Max is nice enough but relies heavily on lying to make sales. 2 Your technicians are liars and left Max with a wreck of a situation. 3. Your technicians are clueless and left Max looking clueless. We gave the go ahead to do work fixing the sliding door on Saturday, Max told us the van would be ready by Tuesday, when it wasn’t, he said Wednesday by noon. When I called Wednesday afternoon, he said 6:30 and it would be ready to go. I showed up at 7 and he says I got bad news, the door roller and the motor are bad and the motor repair will add another $1000 to your bill. I said that’s odd because the door motor worked when I brought it in, am I to believe it just happened to break while your tech was working on the door? Shrug, said Max. I asked to see the van and sure enough, door wouldn’t open. I walked to the drivers side and moved the switch that operates the door motor to the on position, pushed button, door opened. Dead inside stare from Max. The door still screeched just as it was when we brought it in. I looked inside and the Van was completely assembled. I said this to Max and stated that if they were really going to have the vehicle done by 6:30 then there would be some level of work done by the time I showed up at 7. I expressed that this was frustrating since you guys had the van for several days. I asked him to bring my vehicle out so I could take it home to fix it myself. Max was wise to not attempt to charge me for diagnostics. He apologized and claimed he received misinformation from the technicians, and admitted that was just an excuse but that was all he could say. The above is frustrating but the below is angering. Would you honestly let anyone you know and care about pay $369.95 for your “Fuel Induction Service”? Manager/owner will shrug; tech will need to go to the chiropractor from shaking his head no. Business is business, you gotta make money, but a little character presents itself with a lack of screwing people over. Get some.
