After getting home and reviewing my service invoice from today, I noticed that it says your shop used 5W-20 conventional oil when performing the oil change on my 1997 Honda Accord. According to my owners manual, as well as what's written on the car's oil cap, this car's engine is supposed to be filled with 5W-30 oil, In addition, I've been using 5W-30 "synblend" oil for the last 15 years (not "conventional" oil), which is what I mistakenly assumed your shop would be using when performing my oil change. Other than that, I was very happy with the service I received from my service writer Nina Shaw and your company today.

Why, if there is a $3.58 recycling fee and a $3.58 supplies fee on *every* diagnostic did you tell me my visit would cost $70 plus tax instead of $77 plus tax?

Nina was in contact with me all day. Altho i was surprised and disappointed to hear that I didn't have any more complimentary oil changes-- I was told i had this one and one more left when i made my appointment-- Nina tried her best to get me the service that I wanted. My car was ready.

Jennifer did her best, but the long wait at the dealership because a rental car was not available even I had been told it would be, made for a dissatisfying experience. Thanks for being a “loyal customer”, are just words. Actions make a bigger difference.

I waited in my car for over 15 and watched employees walk by my car and not acknowledge me at all . A simple we will be with you shortly would have gone a long way.
