James single handedly is the reason I will always do business with West Hills Honda. Things did not go as smoothly as I hoped with the new car buying experience, but when it came to the accessories and my service department experience James was amazing. We've been doing our maintenance for 8 years at West Hills and it is great to see a familiar face each time. We love when James is our service advisor. He is bar none, top notch, the best!!!

Brett well represented the service we've come to know from the Haselwood group. However, Brett took additional steps to accommodate getting our vehicle taken care of but also made sure we could pick it up that afternoon. We're grateful for the effort and pleasant manner.

Nina was friendly and professional. After getting my oil and air filters changed, they also rotated my tires. However about 25 mins after I left West Hills Honda I got the message “check tire pressure” and I immediately called Nina to ask if it was normal for that message to come on after getting my tires rotated. I believe I’ve gotten that message in the past. Nina asked if I could bring the car back in as the message could mean I ran over a nail on the way home. I was too far from the dealership to bring my car back in. My husband checked the tire pressure in each tire and couldn’t find a leak or nail, and added a little more air to all 4 tires. He also reset the tire pressure message in my car.
