We've depended on West Hills Service Dept to maintain both our Fit and Odyssey for nearly 20 years. It's easy to make an appointment and very comfortable to wait while service is completed. Kily's help today was extraordinary. In addition to taking care of a specific necessary repair, he facilitated updating our key fobs and inspecting our sliding door mechanisms, explaining options for their repair. Perhaps the best, and most unexpected help, was that Kily told me about a device that will help me be able to turn the gas cap more easily; he even printed a picture. I've found the product and ordered one. Going forward, every time I put gas in the Odyssey I'll remember Kily and West Hills fine service. Thank you.
