I’m sure that this comment box will be shared with Mike the service manager and I just wanted to let you know Max Davis found head and shoulders above everybody else in my opinion that I’ve had to deal with at West Hills Honda. Took nearly 6 hours to complete an oil change and to polish one wheel. Get that? SIX (6) hours.
