Richard did a great job from his introduction until he took me out to my car when it was finished! Well done! Since it's been a while since I have been there I learned your good efforts to give service as well as dealing with the virus protection plan. Also I learned your no longer connected with free car washes and understand things change. Bottom line... well done and look forward to you taking good care of our car and me! Thank you for the consistent great place to come for my car maintenance and/or fix-it care. Max was sensitive to my needs and concerns. He went the extra mile to research what I can do in the future to prevent continued issues with mice invasions. I appreciate the ideas and the obvious team effort! Through was a miscommunication with the service advisor, this resulted in an extremely costly repair to my late model Honda Pilot. The service technicians did their job. We are grateful. Furthermore, the vehicle is currently in great working order. However, we had not intended on conducting this level of repairs on this vehicle. Our experience with the Service Manager made no attempt to consider our claim. This resulted in a $4000 bill for my family. Will you pay the bill, this experience has my family and I reevaluating our relationship with this dealership. We have probably spent over $200,000 at this dealership. My family has purchased over 11 vehicles. The Service Manager’s lack of compassion and failure to accept any ownership for his staff’s role in transaction was very disappointing. He drew a one-side conclusion from the unlawful recording. Lastly, My wife asked to speak to the general manager to state her case. However, we received no call or email. Overall this was not a positive experience.

Ricky was pleasant and kind but when you go in the service area the guy across Rickys cubicle was very rude and a push over. Not sure his name but if your coming from the outside in his cubicle is the left. He needs hospitality training.
