My only issue is that I waited a long time to be helped. I have no aversion to waiting if I know I am seen. I was sitting in my car for at least ten minutes before I was ever acknowledged. The service was great as usual, but I won’t make a lunchtime appointment again since only one person was working at service at that time. The solution would be for that one person to come to my window and say he’s working alone and will be with me as soon as he can.

Text at 7 am. On a Sunday for a satisfaction survey? What answer do you think your going to get? One mechanic had the same problems when I brought in the car the other said I don’t know what to tell you way to treat the customers this is the third bad experience with the service dept
