Well, I drove away with my awesome truck!!!! Everyone was so helpful. Dan who helped me find the right truck! Maggie who remembered me from this summer! Mr. Finance man who explained everything to me, sometimes twice! Everyone down to the awesome man that made me 2 fantabulous hot coco... Thank you all....

Brett is an excellent service advisor. He is people oriented and strives for customer satisfaction. He is friendly and explains all maintenance actions in an easy to understand manner. He is not pushy; he just explains and offers recommendations. In my opinion, he is a valuable to your dealership. Pleasure to deal with.

My Pilot has been serviced by Kirkland Honda since it’s birth in 2003. I moved last Dec to Hansville and needed another shop that I trusted as much. Brett has filled that role as a trusted advisor. I treat my vehicles as a tool and have always followed the Honda service schedule. Brett will keep me on that schedule.

I was very unhappy when I finally arrived at West Hills Honda. I bought my vehicle at Heartland Toyota and I assumed my appointment was with their Service Department, as my first oil change had been. Well, it was not. The central appointment department booked my Honda at West Hills Honda. At Heartland I was told to go ‘across the street’’, across the street is the Chrysler dealer. I finally arrived at the Honda service center. Quite frankly, I was pissed. Brett was wonderful. Took care of all my concerns to an ‘unth’ degree. Thank you.

The person who helped me , he is very nice and he even offer me drinks while waiting. Not only that I even asked him to help me how to release the brake. He showed me willingly and politely. His name is Kily , Thank you so much you’re a good person.
