This was an unplanned service visit on Saturday afternoon, 09 January 2021. I appreciate Brett's efforts in providing shelter for my van with a sudden malfunctioning left rear window until it could be inspected on the next business day. He also made sure I had a car rental while my van was undergoing the unplanned service on Saturday, close to the end of the day.

My service dept. representative did a good job of keeping me informed about the progress of our car’s service appointment. I have no negative comments about her, or the customer service she provided. There were, however, several things totally out of her control that were disappointing for me.
