What was supposed to be just an oil change turned out to cost $680.oo. I'm losing trust in Honda. Other bad experiences just make me not trust honda dealership.

My complaint is as follows: I needed a new key & when I walked up to the parts counter to check on the price, the gentleman quoted me $ 71.75. So I agreed to purchase the new key, but when it came time for me to pay, the bill was $263.98. I was quite surprised (so was my partner who was with me) They need to tell you ALL the cost upfront & give you the whole story not part of the story. I was happy with my service portion of the appointment.

Did a great job. He looked into obtaining the info for the oil changes I had already paid for when I bought the car. I am upset because you don’t track that. I’m thinking you don’t track it on purpose and it’s up to me to use it. That’s not making me feel “special” like your advertising.
