Max was great but I didn’t like getting told I didn’t make it by dec. 31 So I lost my last oil change. I bought the oil change warranty and was told at my last change that there was time even after the 31st if I didn’t make it I could still use it due to COVID. If I knew that 3 weeks ago I would of came in so I could use it even though I had 5 family members with it and I was watching one of them. I not only lost the oil change but a set of free wiper blades and tire rotation. I sent 4 family members to you in a year and they all bough. Not sure if I will be back or send any one else if this is how it works. Been happy till now
