My appointment was scheduled for 1145. My car was not ready until after 2pm. I had to cancel another appointment because I was stuck there. If they had at least notified me that they were running that far behind I could have rescheduled my oil change but instead my one day off in 2 weeks was wasted waiting in your waiting room. I was severely displeased with the service.

Nina was excellent, kind, courteous, and a great addition to this organization, but ten minutes after I drove off from an eight hour service appointment, my check engine light went on. I called Nina, reported the challenge, and said I’d call if the light did not resolve. I drove 20 miles home, and the light remained on. I’ll call Monday if it persists, but for almost $1,000 at the 105,000 service, admit that I’m displeased, and a bit put off.
