Only difficulty was the lack of a shuttle as well as a rental car. Made it work but will be glad when COVID is no longer directing our lives. Thank you for the great staff.

I was supposed to have a rental waiting for my lengthy recall repair. Tech didn’t follow through on the rental and when I checked in no rentals were available. I ended up paying $50 out of pocket for Lyft to take me on errands. The Tech did try and get the mechanics to expedite the repair which shortened the waiting time.
