Ricky was great! He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle as well as my options for service. When it became apparent that they would need to keep my vehicle overnight, he made arrangements for me to have a free rental car. I always get great service at West Hills Honda!

We arrived 1 hour early for our appointment and we were seen right away and our car was taken care of right then. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Kily. When it was discovered that the passenger cabin filter needed to be changed he came to the waiting area and explained all the details so I could make an informed decision. I really appreciated the extra attention. I will definitely be a return customer.

Brett talks too much. I asked to use my points. He said we only had 400. My statement that I checked when I got home was 1681. We have been dealing with West Hills Honda for almost 30 years. The turn over has been so bad we don't know anyone and no one knows us. Very disappointing and makes me want to go elsewhere.
