Nina was five star helpful, but we were frustrated about having to return the car to fix the very problem we had brought it in for just days prior, with good information to the service department, which was not fully listened to. It's a long drive to Bremerton.

I believe they forgot to connect my defroster hose back up after replacing the cabin filter. I had difficulty driving home with the rainy cold weather and no defroster . I will call and have the car checked.

I have had a long working relationship with my service advisor at West Hills Honda covering many years. I have never had a complaint about him, not one. He gives me honest advice. When he Tells me how long the job will take he is usually right on the money.
