Your choice of music in the waiting area and show room was rock. Did not appreciate your choice or loudness. Also didn’t enjoy not having a table and two chairs to sit at. Also the free coffees that I upgraded were not good. Sorry but we have been coming to west hills for many years and this was our first visit that wasn’t enjoyable.

My second service was at issue on 1-13-21. No service person available to check my vehicle in for rear passenger tire replacement. Waited 20+ minutes before binging helped. Then once my service was completed I waited another 20+ minutes before I had to tell someone my vehicle is ready for me to leave. Not acceptable.
