Charlie Brown sealed the deal. He made my dream come true today. What an impressive sales man! He was so professional and thorough.He is confident and does not need to be pushy! He is a natural. Sarah is fantastic and represents West Hills beautifully! I had such a positive experience and will recommend anyone who is in need of a new car. I am so glad that I came back!

I originally was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. I called back within minutes after my original call and a different representative answered. I inquired about adding the recalls even if it meant rescheduling. She was going to ensure the parts were available and if there was an issue I would receive a call but if she did NOT call then all of the maintenance would be accomplished at the scheduled appointment. It felt weird so I called the next day and a different lady verified the schedule and informed me that only the oil change/ tire rotation was scheduled. Thankfully, she verified the parts availability and fit me in the schedule to get everything done. If it weren’t for the rescheduling snafu everything else was satisfactory.

The service guy was great but I have a real issue with Honda, your sales people who sell extended warranty policies that do not cover anything. I hope Honda corporation steps up and resolves the issue. I will never recommend an extended warranty policy to anyone and your dealership should be held accountable when they fail to provide the coverage you say they will. Janie Unbehagen

Always have a good experience. But this service was especially fantastic. I feel terrible that I don’t remember her name! She was smart and efficient, professionally compassionate and reassuring. From my call initiating the service to when she brought my CRV around for me to drive home, service was seamless and timely. Thank you!! It was a terrible day and she totally made everything ok.
