Very comfortable with Brett I believe he was honest and upfront with the information he provided me regarding my vehicle. He was very courteous and not pushy. Because of people like Brett is why I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years.

It’s not that you guys don’t do a great job working on my Honda. You do. I trust the work, and the Honda brand. Your staff is always kind, funny, personable, and generally great to work with. I just feel like every time I leave the service department that I just got screwed. I feel seriously ill...every freakin’ time!! I don’t like that. Your markup for labor, parts, etc. is ridiculously high!! And we all know it!! Yet I still come back. Why?! If you guys are going to screw me, can you at least buy me dinner or something?

James is the reason I bring my vehicles to Westhills Honda. He has a lot of great qualities but the one that I appreciate the most is his honesty. James has always given us the best service when we bring our vehicles in..no matter the job. I hope James stays at Westhills Honda for a long time. Thank you James!
