We got a call after our car had been in the shop for 8 days that our car was ready. We came to get our car and the battery was dead. We had to wait an additional hour to get our vehicle from the service department. UNSATISFACTORY

Max was very knowledgeable and saw to it that all my concerns are addressed and appropriate services performed on my car. He also got me a rental car while the warranty work was performed, so I could have the transportation I needed while the work was done. I was very happy with the whole service experience!
