James recovered the service of our car that was delivered to the wrong Hasselwood dealership broken down. He found out were the car and got service started immediately after the car being lost for two days. We had specifically asked that it be delivered to Honda but it was delivered to the Hasselwood auto group used car lot up the hill and ignored completely by whomever got the keys from the wrecker driver. James did an amazing job finding the car nobody seemed to know anything about and had it diagnosed and repaired expediently. We will definitely use Honda service again all because James was above and beyond in his actions to salvage a pretty poor situation from a Hasselwood affiliated dealer that obviously doesn’t really care about service.
