I was told multiple times it would take only 15-20 minutes, before showing up and when checking in. Over 1.5 hrs later I get my car back. I only ask for a realistic time. And this was a convenience visit for you, not for me.

Had steering wheel replaced with heated one. Ask for old wheel back but didn't get the other parts to hl with which is disappointing. Thought if asking for steering wheel old switch covers etc would come back. They didn't. That the only thing no d parts completely returned. Service advisor great to work with
