I was unaware that my oil changes in the package I purchased when I bought the car would expire. Also the windshield wiper replacement. The service writer was professional and offered some relief. But as a customer I was displeased with the outcome.

I had a problem with my right front tire which I pointed out and they did not repair. At the end of the oil change I asked about the tire being fixed instead of taking it back to fix it he just told me to bring it back another day.. I was already there and wanted it repaired now and he would not fix it then and save me a trip back. I bought the tires from you.. them The next day I got it checked and it was at 20 pounds pressure. I have bought all my vehicles from you and would expect a little leeway.

Nina was superb. Her attention to detail with me was superb. The rest of you staff, not so much! Promised vehicle on Mon, did not deliver! Had to wait all weekend and 2 days after weekend to finally get car back. Nina explained everything to me in detail and finally walked me to my car and returned my keys. After driving back home on freeway, noticed my hood was shaking due to it was NOT closed all the way. This could have been life threatening if the hood would have come open and hit my windshield! Pull over at next exit and corrected problem! Obviously, there is no attention to detail with your techs. Be careful, I caught your mistake, next time it could be deadly! Train, train your staff!
