I was loosing oil. I took it up on Saturday. They said it was fixed only to find out I had to have my son take it up on Wednesday because I was loosing a lot of oil. I can only hope that it is fixed. Thank goodness you all were able to get me in quick. Thank you Linda

Kily Voskuhl did a great job and keeping me informed on the 30,000 mile maintenance plus the upgrade on the GPS. Hopefully next time I bring in one of our Honda‘s for service I will get him again. Well done.

Nina was great and answered all my concerns and questions. She gave us correct information and came and explained what our car had done to it.. My only problem is the check in process and how it is ran. Our appointment was at 1045. A guy came out asking how was here first, then went over to a different car who the lady was there an hour early and he processed to check her in. The process needs to be better when checking in people. I was a little irritated and upset that we were there on time and no one was there till almost 11 to check us in. But im glad that we got Nina instead of my gentleman. The Check in prosses was the only thing that truly upseted my visit. It just needs to be addressed better to make the whole process at honda better.

The only issues were that no service personnel appeared to be in the service center when I arrived and I waited close to 10 minutes before anyone arrived. Second thing - I provided my cell number so I could be contact s when service was complete but I did not receive a call or text. Gen Ofer was great - thorough and friendly.

When you talk to Brett, he comes across as someone who talks to you like a friend would instead of someone who is trying to be friendly. His explanation of proper maintenance was easily understood and made sense. I think he’s a great addition to your staff.
