I was treated with kindness and courtesy. I also cannot wear a mask and have never been confronted or shamed by your staff. Today, a customer made a complaint against me, and one of the service people asked me very kindly if I would put a mask on. I politely declined. I have a legitimate medical exemption. He was very kind and said OK and he would pass that on. Not another word was stated. The person who made the complaint was sitting outside on a bench. I was allowed to exercise my rights and stay inside. Kudos to Honda. It’s why I will always buy my vehicles there, and continue in this 20 year relationship, unless something changes. It’s called respect.
