Richard was fine It was the total lack of acknowledging that I was in line for my service appointment and having to sit in my car for15 minutes before I got frustrated and went inside to get someone to help me. No one was in the service center. Does everyone get Friday afternoons off? Or just too busy selling cars to help those who already own one?

I don't think that you should have to wait over 1.5 hours for an oil change that was scheduled.
