Ricky was terrific! My disappointment was that there was no ability for me to have a car wash or at least in a timely fashion. Looking forward to when the dealership gets car washes going. My coupon says I was entitled to a car wash. Again Ricky was just terrific and has offered to make up the car wash at a later date but that's why I the dealership is not getting five stars from this visit. Take care and stay safe!

I was able to schedule an appointment to have my winter tires changed over to my all season tires. Kily said the job would take about an hour and a half and he was right. While I was waiting I was able to get some upgrade information from Maggie which was very helpful.
