The customer service was great. My dissatisfaction was waiting 30 minutes to check in with the service advice. Then the 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I understand due to covid procedures might take longer but I decided to walk around during my wait and saw my car parked in the back lot for more than 1/2 hr waiting to be service. NOt sure how long it sat there while I sat waiting for my car to have an oil change. I would suggest booking less people at the same time so customers wouldn't have to wait so long. Appreciate everyone I talked to including Maggie and the service advisor. They did an awesome job. Expect for the wait times, I thought Honda did a great job.

When I called to make an appointment, I asked how long it would take. I was told 1 hour. Took 2 hours! 15 minutes before even helped. All the service people were very nice and you could tell they were running as fast as they could. You need more help or pretty soon you will have people quitting because of burn out and customers disappointed. Next time I will have someone pick me up and bring me back to avoid the frustration.
