Brett was personable, thorough and honest. After a horrid sales experience in 2015 I promised myself I would never do business with west hills again! I was happy to let you replace my airbag in the recall, but Brett was so genuine and professional, I let your company do 3 repairs... I know service stations always push 3 upgrades, but this time Brett explained why and listened. Not only will i consider future purchases on the hill, I will also consider further repairs in the future!... I hope you keep Brett... I will be asking for him in the future... He adds honesty and quality to your company.

Max Davis was great - friendly, attentive, helpful - answered my questions & explained what was happening & what happened as far as servicing of my vehicle. Even provided info re future servicing.
