Kily is a great service representative. We have an on going problem with a roof leak since I got the car. So far the Service Department has be unable to find the source. Next time it leaks, after a good rain, we will take the car in. Hopefully, it will be found then. They are all up for the challenge! Susan B

I haven’t had my HRV long but I’m happy with everything and can’t complain. Max has been the same service guy since my purchase. He’s friendly and welcoming. Happy he remembered me.
