Nina is great. It took almost 2 hours for just an oil change, which is too long. My appointment was at 8:45, I got my car back after 10:30. That is not good service! I never had to wait that long at the Kia dealer across the street. Again, Nina was great and I appreciated her keeping me in the loop. But the fact that it takes so long for service means I will think twice about buying my next car from you. It’s an easy problem to fix - Just don’t overschedule your mechanics!

I arrived an hour early for a simple oil change and my car was taken into the bay 2-1/2 hours later for about 15 minutes. I seriously doubt that any of the “checks” were even completed. I truly believe that it had bee forgotten until I inquired about the status which was “undetermined”, then suddenly 5 minutes later was in a bay. I will not be back.

I want to say thank you to Nina and service center staff. I spent a few hours calling tire shops for a new tire to no avail. I finally called the dealership as those tires are standard on Honda vehicles, viola! Got me in and tire placed pretty quickly. Thank you for the excellent service. Although I didn’t purchase my Honda there, this is my new “Honda home”.

I’ve stupidly been loyal to West Hills Honda for 14 years. Even though I have more WHH service coupons that I bought, today was the last time il bring my car to you for service.
