Chris was extremely helpful. Probably the best customer service I have ever received. He was patient and kind and understanding of the stress of having an engine replaced. He always answered my calls even when I checked in every two hours the first week. He went above and beyond dealing with the warranty company. He found a solution quickly and efficiently every time a problem arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back early and in much better condition then it was received in. In summary I will not be taking my car to be serviced anywhere other than West Hills Kia.

Chris is very accommodating. Unfortunately the person doing the inspection did not notice I needed a brake light. Chris made them fix it at no charge.

The guy helping me was awesome. He was caring and kind. He checked in with me a few times just to make sure I was comfortable. When I got home, I noticed the service tech left oil or grease all over the side of my car. I had it washed right before my oil change, and I checked it after the wash, so I know it wasn't there. This is the first time I have experienced this issue. Again, the guy at the desk was great and is every time I come in. 8t wss just disappointing to find that when I got home.

Chris was very pleasant to deal with. He greeted me at my car and walked me back to car when it was done. I was there for an LOF and also to have someone look at the old pine needles stuck under both sides of the hatchback, under the metal plates. I was unhappy that it was not a warranty item since it seemed like a design flaw to me. Chris spoke to the Service Manager about my concerns. Matt Wright, the service manager, had the pine needles cleaned out at no charge. I was very impressed that he went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. ???????? My car was ready on time and had been thoroughly vacuumed. To top off the great experience, I was given a coupon for a free car wash. All in all, I was very happy with the excellent service.

Took longer than it should have and the communication on Matt's part was poor. I was having to reach out to him for updates or he would call me at the very end of the day. Problem did get fixed, still happening. Called 4 times yesterday with no call back.

Christian was friendly and professional. I asked for a refund since the coupon I had wasn’t applied. He made sure to make this happen. He walked me to my vehicle to make sure everything was taken out.
