Completely satisfied with my service representative Chris. Not satisfied that a problem experienced by us several times (which was not repeatable) which clearly required a motor to fix the irregular, but dangerous mirror adjustment, was not replaced.

Richard provides me with as much customer service that he could, he handled this situation better than most might have. I respect his patience in our communications, as I can be demanding when I feel that I am being taken advantage of. If I were asked to rate my experience with Richard, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being absolutely excellent, I would rate Richard a 10.

Chris took the time to patiently listen to me during a phone conversation and when I brought my vehicle in, fully explained a needed repair - it was greatly appreciated. I’ve been very happy with the Service Department including Service Manager Matt Wright who was willing to take a drive with me to understand the issue I’ve been having. The service team including technician Wayne have been working diligently to resolve my repair and I’m very grateful for that! Keep up the great work!!!
