Jeremy has great customer service, I would recommend him to anyone who asks me, your service department on the other hand, not so much, I've been waiting for them to call me for a week, a quick call to Jeremy on Friday and he called me back with an update and estimated time for service needed, I believe Jeremy is a great asset to your company

I always have good service but today Chris got my car mixed up with another customer he told me my radiator was leaking but it was a different car it kinda scared me I wasn’t prepared to get a new radiator. It was ok it got fixed and Kia has always given me has always given me great service and the employees at always very polite

Found a new dent and scratch on my vehicle. Not happy with the zero ownership. Was told I would get a phone call after review of the video surveillance but no call. Very disappointed.

Richard was very helpful, courteous and kept us informed on the status of our vehicle. We greatly appreciated his service and that also of Tim, the mechanic who worked on our car.
