Your appointment making service made us an appointment and the dealership service department was unable to fix anything. We came in for two issues. Please reschedule me when you have the parts necessary to fix my car

All is well. She addressed my concern about not being aware of the length of the service appt. I had my dog with me, so was surprised that the appt would take over 2 hours. It was done 1.5 hours.

Apparently my overheating problem is intermittent. Shame it could not be found. Now I can’t trust car. For an old lady that’s a BIG annoyance.

I was the only woman in the waiting area and this is my only complaint. Several men were often using the Unisex bthrm. About every 5-10 minutes during my 1.5+ hour wait. I could not avoid observing this busy activity going on directly in fron of where I was sitting. Eventually I really had to go but became too uncomfortable to use it because of the overly busy activity of only men coming & going into the bathroom. How could I be assured of the cleanliness of all these men? While waiting an employee sanitized the wait-area surfaces. No one entered to sanitize the "unisex" bthrm. Not even one female employee entered that bthrm. I had a long drive home wishing you had separate bthrms for Men & Women in your public waiting area. Think about it from a womans perspective. ???? We have to sit. ???? ... btw ... Chris was a very polite nice young man. He even set my cell phone to answer hands free in my Kia Soul.
