It was a fluke thing you had a appt avail . And it was able to go right in as my engine light was on and my car was running terrible . Everyone was really helpful , and I’m glad it’s fixed for now as it’s our only car . I sure hope Kia gets the code !

First off it was a good thing for you all at KIA that you dealt with my wife and not me. The service department was very neglectful on communicating what was going on with her car with my wife. They had her car for 2 weeks and did not keep her informed on what was happening or what it would cost to fix the car. She had to call them and most of the time they couldn't tell her anything. During all that time she had a rental car. When they finally got everything figured out and her car ready she was told KIA would take care of the car rental. She only had to cover the insurance she took out on the rental. Which was great but as it turned out the car rental was incorporated into the final bill which means my wife paid for the rental herself since it was added to her bill. So your service department needs a lesson on follow through and communication 101. VERY DISAPPOINTED Eugene E
