When I first walked in Richard greeted me and asked how he could help me. He listened carefully so he understood what was going on with my car. He told me what was going to be done, how much it would cost, and about how long it would take. Since I was waiting, Richard made sure I got a coffee and knew where the complimentary water was, where the restrooms were and the quietest place I could go to study. As soon as my car was finished he let me know and checked me out. While I know these are all things that Richard is expected to do in his job, he is very professional and enjoyable to talk with. He makes doing business with West Hills Kia a pleasure.

Truc has always been kind, helpful and an all around great employee every time i stop by the dealership as are many of the other employees there. Great job to the “Same Day” employees for fixing my damaged rim on my Kia Stinger and great job to West Hills Kia on how the not only treat my car but me as well.
