My first visit to the service department for an oil change. Was greeted and very well taken care of during my wait. Enjoyed a complimentary mocha and had a nice friendly conversation with the service manager. Upon my departure, was given my paperwork, keys and overview of my service. Was told that my car had been vacuumed and was given a free car wash voucher. As I drove away, I looked around and saw that no vacuuming had been done. I understand i this is a complimentary gesture, but was disappointed, nonetheless. Guess I should have gone back, but didn’t. Next time ??

I had a reservation at 1 I did not leave there till almost 3 just for oil change that's unacceptable and it's really hard to get a reservation because you always packed and then when you get there and takes them over 2 hours for oil change that's not the service someone want to tack on when I travel from Tacoma unacceptable unprofessional. I will add that the service young lady was very professional and very apologetic but it did not help that it took that long for my oil change and it even vacuum that well in the car what kind of service is this unacceptable.
