Had a amazing experience was treated just like family Chris is the best Service provider I have had with all my years of experience with West Hills. I know no matter what him and west hills kia will get the job done right every time. From early morning drop off to walking me out to my car after every thing is said and done. Although the repair took two weeks, I was pleased with your employee's frequent communication to me regarding the problem and progress on my vehicle. I was also quite grateful that he applied to the company's "goodwill" program for financial hel assistance that was very much appreciated. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family in the future. This is my third Kia and the recent situation just reminded me why I like them so much.

This is a minor inconvenience but when I received my service from you guys, the technician who worked with my apparently didn’t use the steering wheel sleeve. I come to west hills Kia for all my service and you all have always taken good care of my vehicle so if i could highlight an area of improvement this would be it. Maintain the consistency which makes us loyal customers continue using you all. Thank you for your time, Respectfully Mr. Richardson

This comment has nothing to do with Truc Nguyen at all. She was wonderful and had me out of there sooner than expected! However whoever scheduled my service forgot to add that I wanted my tires rotated as well as my oil changed. So I ended up going in expecting both to get done only to leave with just the oil changed!!

I had wonderful service from walking in the door to being driven home. The gentleman working the coffee stand realized he had made a mistake and came over to me with a replacement coffee quickly and kindly and explained his error. He didn't have to do that and I appreciate it. The gentleman who drove me home was a fantastic conversationalist and I thoroughly enjoyed his company. Everyone that I interacted with were kind, prompt, and appeared happy to be working at West Hills Kia. Wonderful experience. I recommend this locations to my friends as every experience is great. I also trust the work done on my vehicle is done correctly. 10/10.
