My only issue was that my car was supposed to be done in two days and it took four. Other than that, I'm very pleased. I love my car and I don't want the paint to get chipped or the windshield dinged.

I was completely satisfied. Richard helped me understand what was happening and always remained professional. I especially appreciated the ride from the Oyster Bay Inn and back to the Kia dealer as well getting me a rental vehicle drive during down time. Once again, Richard shined! My wife felt he kinda treated her as if she wasn't educated on our vehicle. He was unable to locate the proper mileage. Thinking we had 409mi, which is actually the amount of miles before needing to get gas.
