Thank you so much. As always the service was amazing! Richard kept us informed every step of the way and alerted us to other service issues that my car needed! My dealership knows how important it is to me that my car be in the best shape possible..so I don’t have to stress or worry and that’s exactly what I get at West Hills Kia! I refer all my friends and encourage them to give Kia a try...and they aren’t disappointed! Thank You!
Wheel covers were not properly installed, service interval was not reset.
Thanks for a job well done and in a timely manner. Your staff are courteous and professional.
Always excellent service. Treated like number one customer.
Excellent customer service.
Mr. Mossman was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions.
Chris was very helpful and informative about my car.
My 17-year-old son went for the first time, on his own, to have his oil changed. The staff treated him so well and even though service technicians were short staffed, they still got my kid out and on the road without him having to wait an extra long time. Thanks!
Love seeing Richard. Always a fun, thoughtful experience.
We love it when Richard helps us out. He is always so kind and personable and is one of the reasons we keep coming back to the Kia dealership for our services instead of going to one of the others even though we have a Jeep.
Richard Palmer was acommadating and kind when helping me out to make sure I receive the best service possible. He made sure I had my car in good hands and made it a point to make sure I understood what was wrong with my car in the end.
Always a pleasure to come there… I love my hot drink and love the friendly people
Chris and the whole experience was fantastic!
Christopher pointed out some things about my KIA that no other sales or service person has dine before such as how to get into my car with the key and how to start my car with the key fob and how to use the key fob to use my automatic start. And I bought my car from this store. Grateful to him. Why didn't anyone else show me these things?
Truc was very helpful and kept me informed and made sure an unpleasant situation went as smoothly as possible.
Richard always helps out with my car, I enjoy talking with him.
Thank you for the fast, friendly, and professional service today!

It took 2 hours to do an oil change. That would have been fine if he said from the beginning it would take 2 hours. But he said it would take 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I needed to leave at 230 to get to Tacoma. No one talked to me about it being delayed. Plus instead of waiting for two hours at the dealership, i could have gone home. Then, when he was finished he didn't apologize for the wait, I think he only said Im sorry because of how pissed I was. Nor did he go over the vehicle inspection report. On the vehicle inspection report it said my two air filters in the car needs to be replaced. I replaced them at 15k miles (my car is at 21k miles) and I have the receipt of when i bought them. Then, I witnessed him being insensitive and rude to this lady who was in there getting her car worked on because of a leak from the sunroof. She seemed concerned about the price and length of time it needed to stay at the shop and she asked "does it really have to" and he responded "yes" in a way the inflection made it sound like, 'duh, you stupid we need to do this to fix the car'. I felt he was insensitive and instead could have responded like, "unfortunately, if you want the car fixed, yes we must blah blah blah because blah blah blah". He has poor customer service skills because the lack of communication and when he does communicate he does it by responding in a way that makes you feel incompetent. I've also delt with him before when i had a question about my warranty service and I feel like he has masked and direct communication style. He directly talks to the person but the message isn't clear.
Everything was done to my complete satisfaction.
