I have had the privilege of working with Richard since I bought my car. He has always explained everything to me to where I could understand it. He has always gone above and beyond for me. Aloha I am a little concerned the passenger door light still indicates the door's not closed and I still go squeak-squeak-squeak down the road And this was mentioned at the time I made the appointment to come in and get the switch for the door window put in

Everyone was very professional, almost too much, a little more relaxed environment would have felt better to me personally, but I understand that’s not everyone’s vibe. That’s certainly not a complaint however, just an observation ????????

Chris is a very professional, super friendly and nice person to deal with. I hope I have him every time I go to Kia. He met us at the door, answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few. LOL). He knew this complementary, please. He checked on this a few times while we waited for my Kia to be serviced. When it was done he came and found us and walked us to our car. He is a huge asset to your company for sure! Thank you Chris!????

When I got back in the car, I found smudges on the driver and passenger armrests. Also for some reason the passenger seat was reclined to the point it was touching the back seat. In my mind the car shouldn’t be any dirtier when I get it back than it was when I brought it in. I’m not expecting it to be washed when I bring it in, but I am not expecting to need to clean it up either. The seat being fully reclined was odd, but again, I just want my car back in the same condition as when I dropped it off.
