Excellent service as always. I enjoy taking my Soul in for service and Eric checks the boxes prior to my appt, let's me know how long it will be and does a great job going over what was done, explains everything I need to know. Just excellent service, he is awesome! Like the latte while I waiting too. Service was fast and I was walked to my car when I left. They really treat you like you a part of the team! Thank you!

Eric sucked. Came in to get all bulbs in front clip replaces had many other things done but that's why we came in. He called said he change the bulbs but only one.so my wife called him and said can you please check the other side because it was going out..he said he would picked car up next day light was still dim on the side we called him about now I haft to rent a rent a car again leave the car again he calls me later that day said it wasn't the bulbs it was hole light assembly said 1400 more on top the 1500 I have spent came next day with one headlight working good took it to another shop thay put in bulb works perfect. Never even thought about paying for 35 dollar rental that he cost me along with the 400 I had to pay the other shop..a money could of done a better job

I had my car in thier 3 times know and it still not running right , it’s been causing me stress with work and not beable to make it , I may lose my job over this experience

Took three hours to fix a flat on our Kia. When we left, the hood was left unlatched, and we had to stop on the highway because the hood was flapping. Why was the hood opened to fix a flat tire?

Richard welcomed us at Kia West Hills as soon as we walked in, which was unexpected and wonderful. I was a bit late for my appointment, which he immediately brushed off saying "we all have "those" days"! We started our appointment and he had my car in the service bay within 5 minutes.
